Are you an experienced IT Help Desk Technician?
Then you are the perfect team member Arkevo Group is looking for!
IT Help Desk Technician responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalogue on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Knowledges on security systems (CCTV/ Alarm Systems), automation systems and switching are a plus.
We require:
- Good knowledge on Data room, Wi-Fi and Cabling
- Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
- Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
